Desk priority mark
Bought this after too many action required notes were ignored in handwriting. Staff actually react faster when the urgency is stamped this clearly. Clear priority marking without the drama.

Action items stand out
When a file is overdue I press Payment Due Upon Receipt before it leaves my desk. Staff actually react faster when the urgency is stamped this clearly. Recommend for any busy intake desk.

Urgent is impossible to miss
I stamp Payment Due Upon Receipt on anything that cannot sit in a tray overnight. It replaced messy red pen notes that nobody trusted. This urgent stamp earns its keep every week.
