Promot Returns & Warranty Policy

At Promot, your satisfaction matters. As a brand dedicated to quality, we proudly stand behind our products — whether you're ordering a custom stamp or a handcrafted guestbook.

1. Warranty Coverage

Promot warrants its products against defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. In addition, all Professional stamps sold by Promot are covered by a Lifetime Warranty. If a product does not perform as expected or if we make an error in your order, we will replace the item free of charge. Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by using incorrect ink types or ink purchased from non-Promot sources. We are not responsible for customer errors in entering custom text, uploading files, or approving designs. All custom products require customer approval during checkout. Once approved, orders cannot be returned or refunded for design dissatisfaction or input errors.

2. Returns on Stock Items

Returns are accepted for stock (non-customized) products only. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Custom items are non-returnable, unless there is a verified defect or a fulfillment error made by Promot. Note: Promot does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning items.

3. Cancellations & Order Changes

To meet our fast turnaround times, orders are processed shortly after being placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 20 minutes of placing your order. Requests received after this timeframe may not be accommodated, and you may be charged the full order amount.

If your return is approved and a refund is issued, please allow up to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
